Micaela (Miki) Forsyth Stein
As a native New Yorker, Miki understands the unique pressures and experiences that come with living in this dynamic city. While working over the last seven years as a psychotherapist, Miki has supported clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Having experienced loss and personal challenges in her own life, Miki brings a deep sense of compassion and empathy to her work. She understands that the therapeutic journey can be difficult, but also deeply transformative. Miki believes in the power of therapy to help individuals move past limiting behaviors and beliefs, and be more free, joyful and connected.
​Miki earned her degree from Silberman School of Social Work, and has continued to pursue ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field. She is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to develop new insights and coping strategies.
